IM Server Modules

The Colibria IM server modules enable Operators and Service Prodviders to extend and expand the reach of their MIM services. Whatever the network, handset, device or messaging service, these modules help Operators connect with consumers across all personal and public social networks.

SMS/MMS/IMS Interworking Modules
Each interworking module allows Operators to ensure interoperability and continuity with current messaging services. This encourages and stimulates existing messaging traffic and promotes the popularity of MIM. The modules allow two-way communication between IM and SMS/MMS and IMS. In addition, IM users can add non-IM users to their contact lists.

Interconnect Module
Before MIM can achieve widespread success and mass-market penetration, service domains must interconnect. Colibria's Interconnect Module removes the barriers to new generation messaging and takes MIM to the world. The product interconnects MIM services with different network service domains, while conforming to SSP and XMPP, and standard protocols from OMA, IETF and more.

Internet IM Gateway
The Colibria Internet IM Gateway allows MIM consumers to use the most popular PC-based IM services on their handsets. The product supports such services as Windows Live Messenger (MSN), AIM (AOL), Yahoo!, Google Talk and ICQ.
