Management Team

	Keith Gibson - CEO Keith Gibson joined Colibria in 2004, and has extensive experience of the international wireless and wireline telecommunications sectors, gained over some 25 years. His career has included senior executive positions at GEC Group (Marconi), Comverse Technology, Coherent Communications and Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe, and he has been directly responsible for driving the growth of technology-based companies, through a combination of sales, strategic product development, mergers and acquisitions. Keith has been a consistently active presenter and supporter of advanced mobile technology from the early days of messaging to the present. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, holds a BSc in engineering and a MBA.
	Lars Myhrum - Chief Operations Officer Lars Myhrum joined Colibria as Chief Operations Officer in 2000. Lars has wide-ranging Telecoms expertise and has been working in the Telecoms industry for 20 years. His track record includes companies such as Systek, Alcatel, Thomson-CSF and Nera. Lars holds a B.Sc. in Computer Systems and a Diploma of Engineering from the University of Salford, UK.
	Lars Kristian Roland - Chief Technology Officer Lars Kristian Roland joined Colibria as Chief Technology Officer in 2000, bringing extensive expertise of the wireless technology industry, gained within Telenor in particular. His career includes responsibility for a number of mobile Internet projects, including the Telenor WAP project, MobilInfo (one of the first web integrated SMS-based information services in the world) and Telenor Mobile ISP. Lars holds a Master of Engineering degree from Imperial College in London, and an International Baccalaureate degree from Atlantic College in Wales.
	Trond Gjengset - Chief Financial Officer Trond Gjengset has more than 19 years experience in managing commercial finance for companies within the IT and telecoms industry. Prior to joining Colibria he has held senior positions at Amdahl, Teamco, NCR/AT&T, Sense and Thrane-Gruppen. Within NCR/AT&T he was responsible for implementation of a business process reengineering project across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Trond has a degree in Economics from Lund University in Sweden and is educated auditor at Handelshøyskolen in Bergen, Norway.
	Simon Sandoval - Managing Director, Colibria Philippines Simon Sandoval is the Managing Director of Colibria Philippines, Inc., a development arm of Colibria. Recognised as a leading figure in Philippines' software development for mobile devices industry, Simon has been working with software development and technical support since 1996. Simon holds a Master of Engineering degree from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London, UK and an International Baccalaureate degree from the International School Manila (ISM).
	Simon Taylor - Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Business Development Simon Taylor joined Colibria in 2005, focusing on building up the company’s strategic sales activities from the UK. With more than 18 years’ expertise in building customer and partner relationships in the fixed and mobile telecom markets, Simon specialises in working with European and global telcos on complex solutions, majoring on multi-partnership activity and integration projects. Simon holds a BSc Electronics from Portsmouth University, UK, and an Open University MBA.
	Eirik Haugerud - Vice President, Product Management Eirik Haugerud joined Colibria in January 2008. As VP of Product Management he has the overall responsibility for product management and product portfolio. Eirik has 17 years experience from within the Telecoms industry, most of these from Ericsson in Management, Product and Sales positions. Eirik holds a M.Sc degree from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and a degree in Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
